Kingsley Andrew Managing Director
Kingsley has spent over 30 years in various senior executive roles across the Australian property industry. Kingsley has a deep understanding and passion for community building having overseen some of Australia’s largest masterplanned communities in North Lakes, Aura, Highlands, North Shore to name just a few.
Most recently Kingsley was Executive General Manager of Stockland’s Land Lease business. Kingsley was responsible for Stockland’s entry into the sector before overseeing the acquisition of the Halcyon Portfolio. Under Kingsley’s leadership, Stockland now has the largest Land Lease pipeline in Australia with over 10,000 established and identified homes sites.
Andre Bressan Finance Director
Andre has 20 years experience in finance and capital markets, with 7 years in the property and tourism industries.
His interest for the land lease community sector developed from his family’s involvement and success in the Australian caravan park industry which commenced in 2009 and where he has served as CFO since 2018. Andre is drawn to land lease because it uniquely can enhance an individual’s quality of life through community and wellness, while also providing positive social outcomes through more affordable housing and environmental factors.
Andre’s early capital markets career included 10 years at the investment bank Morgan Stanley where he worked extensively on multi asset financing solutions for private investment funds, fund administration/custody services, and operational risk management while in Sydney, Shanghai, Hong Kong and New York.
Dominic Bressan Operations Director
Dominic has a multi-faceted understanding of the Australian property and tourism industries through 25 years’ senior experience across those sectors.
He spent several years specializing as a property and construction lawyer while assisting in his family property business, before taking on the CEO role in 2009 and leading the acquisition of several manufactured home estates and caravan parks. Dominic also co-founded international tourism technology platform Airservice, leading it as CEO.
Dominic’s experience acquiring, building and operating residential villages, alongside his interests in creating communities that enhance quality of life, health and wellness, and the thoughtful application of technology, have come together in his focus on land lease communities.
